How long does a lash extension appointment take?
Classic full set: 75–90 mins. Hybrid/Volume: 90–120 mins. Fills: 45–75 mins.

How long do lash extensions last?
With good aftercare, 2–4 weeks. Book fills at 2–3 weeks for best retention.

Can I shower or swim with lash extensions?
Yes — after the first 24 hours. Avoid heat/steam and oil-based products.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
Applied correctly, they shouldn’t. We use lightweight lashes and isolate each natural lash.

Do I need a patch test for tinting?
Recommended 24–48 hours before your first tint or if you’ve had recent sensitivity.

Can I wear mascara or eyeliner?
Skip mascara; if needed, use water-based only. Avoid oil-based liners and removers.

What aftercare helps them last?
Keep dry for 24 hours, brush daily, sleep on your back if possible, avoid rubbing or picking.

Are contact lenses okay?
Yes. If eyes are sensitive, remove lenses during application.
